Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar has openly expressed his views on Islam. He writes, "There is no doubt that the Muslim invaders in India came to sing the rant of hatred against the Hindus." He not only spread hatred but also burnt Hindu temples on his way back. According to him, it was a noble cause and the result was not even negative for him. He did a positive act which he called sowing the seeds of Islam. The plant grew well.
He writes ahead "During the invasion of Ajmer, Mohammad Gori broke the pillars and foundations of the temples and built mosques there. Islamic colleges and symbols of Islam were erected.
It is said that Qutbuddin Aibak demolished more than 1,000 temples and then built mosques on their foundations. He built the Jama Masjid in Delhi and put in it the stone and gold that he got by demolishing the temple. Then he got the Quranic scripts written on them. Discussion of this horrific act and the finding of evidence suggests that the construction of Jama Masjid in Delhi has the contents of 27 temples. "
